- Device, network, and usage information — IP address, user agent / browser and device signals, approximate location derived from IP or platform headers, language preferences, referring pages, timestamps, and similar technical data collected when you browse, sign in, or place an order.
- Communications — emails, messages, and support inquiries you send us, and records of transactional notices we send to you (such as order confirmations or one-time login codes).
- Business / Counterpoint records — if you are a known commercial customer, we may associate your web account or order with existing customer records (for example account type, tax-exempt status, or Pro Advantage eligibility) maintained for store operations.

Card payments are handled by Authorize.net. We intentionally do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on Yard Stop systems. You are responsible for using a secure device and network when checking out.

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including order history, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax/accounting requirements, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by record type.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
